Reading Map Wrap Up

May is already here, time keeps flying by. This month I was able to finish my books without feeling as overwhelmed as usual. The only thing were the last two books. I had to finish Beautiful Creatures and re read the Notebook but the problem was I had both reviews on the same day and I had to leave and didn't get much time to actually prepare my reviews so I had to come back to them. Also I had to change a book, I decided to join Pitch Dark and re read Unraveling so I ended up using it as book of the month for the crime/mystery challenge.

I've joined 6 reading challenges and 1 blogger book club: YA Blogger Book Club.

*The books will take you to the review post, there they will take you to goodreads

Reading Challenges

Here they are in the ordered I joined and the books I read for each, respectively:
Paranormal Character, Nicholas Sparks, Ireland, Mystery/Crime, Ebook and Where are you reading?

Where are you reading? Map

This challenge is to try to read one book in each state. Here's an image of the map, it's a link to the real one.

Beautiful Creatures - South Carolina
*I'm not adding Flash because they travel a lot, Soul Walker and Soul Bender are both set in Washington. In Altered, the characters travel a lot and An Irish Love Story is set in Ireland most of the time. Unraveling is set in San Diego, California. Torment is also set in California. The Notebook is set in North Carolina as well.

    1. I'm still thinking if I should change my goal or keep it and base next year's on my reading stats

  2. Wow you read so many books. I love Beautiful Creatures although I can't seem to motivate myself to read the third book Beautiful Choas.

    1. When I first signed up for this lol, reading this one, I didn't know there were going to be more. I hope they don't all end like the first one though

    1. Lol, it's probably because I look for books for the challenges. I don't just pick any book and start reading. Although, sometimes I do, if it's really interesting.

  4. I still can't believe how many challenges you are participating in! You have gotten really far in the alphabet one. I still haven't posted my challenge results...I'll have to get that done over the weekend sometime. You're doing an excellent job. Jaclyn @ JC's Book Haven.

    1. I think the alphabet and the ebook will be the first ones I'll finish, or reach, I'm sure I'll pass the ebook goal

  5. This is very impressive. You must like reading challenges! I haven't done any because I feel like I'd get too stressed out if I wasn't keeping up. You're doing great!

    1. Lol, since I just started blogging in Nov, these are the first reading challenges! I decided to join them because they looked like fun and I didn't know what to read, so this would help me a lot. And it has, but sometimes I do feel like I'm not reading what I want to, I have to think of the challenges first

  6. South Carolina, woohoo! I grew up there, I'm slightly biased ;) I feel so overwhelmed when I have two reviews that need to be posted right around the same time. That's usually when a ton of other things seem to come up, preventing me from reading the book as thoroughly and writing a well-written review. You're not the only one! This is hobby, just remember that! You're almost done with your A-Z challenge! Are you picking your next books to read based on which letters you haven't read yet? I bet it's going to be hard finding books with titles starting with the last couple of letters of the alphabet. X?!

    1. Yeah, it is a hobby and I remind myself, I love reading and this comes with it lol. No, I'm still not picking books by the letters I'm missing. I'll start doing that by September if I still have a lot left. I know, some letters will be hard, unless I find a book about X-rays or something, I don't know how I'm going to finish the whole alphabet
