After being away for a while I'm back today with the Shudder tour stop.
Book
It's only been three days, and already everything is different.
Paragon is behind her, but somehow Alessa's life may actually have gotten worse. In a wrenching twist of fate, she traded the safety and companionship of her sister for that of her true love, losing a vital partner she'd counted on for the ordeal ahead. Her comfortable university life is but a distant memory, as she faces the prospect of surviving a bleak winter on the meager remains of a ravaged world. And if she'd thought she'd tasted fear upon seeing a ghost, she was wrong; now she's discovering new depths of terror while being hunted by a deadly virus and a terrifying pack of superhuman creatures thirsting for blood.
And then there are the visions.
The memory-altering "stitch" unlocked something in Alessa's mind, and now she can't shake the constant flood of alien feelings ransacking her emotions. Haunting memories of an old flame are driving a deep and painful rift into her once-secure relationship. And a series of staggering revelations about the treacherous Engineers - and the bone-chilling deceit shrouding her world's sorry history - will soon leave Alessa reeling...
The second installment in the electrifying Stitch Trilogy, Shudder follows Samantha Durante's shocking and innovative debut with a heart-pounding, paranormal-dusted dystopian adventure sure to keep the pages turning.

BOOKLOVE
I've been wanting to post something every week, like a regular thing, sometimes book reviews take longer and I feel like I leave my blog alone. On May 1st, during Tea Time, the girls from Epic Reads asked us to tweet our booklove and they mentioned different things. I thought of many categories for this and I decided to share my favorites.
I keep meaning to get organized and schedule all the ones I already found, but I still haven't done that.
What I do is look at the bookloves I have written down and choose something that is interesting and different from last week's.

Who? What? Where?
I decided to join Melissa @ My World... in Words and Pages for this.
Who are you with? Where are you at? What's happening?
One of the reasons I started blogging was because I thought it would be fun to read with others. This wont include spoilers.
If you want to share where you are at this point in your book, make sure to check Melissa's post.

Free Four Day!
*Here are this month's Days.
Day 63 of 365 - May 22, 2013Free 4 Day!
Post anything you want, just make sure it's related to Divergent!
I've been thinking about what to write for this Free Four Day and I had a couple of things in mind but I wasn't sure they were great ideas. Suddenly, something came to mind!
I'm going to share the different Divergent covers
I looked everywhere and these are the ones I could find. The first book is out in many languages; sometimes they are very different, sometimes they are the same and only the name changes. I love looking at all the differences and well, there's one I want, besides the original one that I still have to buy.

Obsidian
Starting over sucks.
When we moved to West Virginia right before my senior year, I’d pretty much resigned myself to thick accents, dodgy internet access, and a whole lot of boring.... until I spotted my hot neighbor, with his looming height and eerie green eyes. Things were looking up.
And then he opened his mouth.
Daemon is infuriating. Arrogant. Stab-worthy. We do not get along. At all. But when a stranger attacks me and Daemon literally freezes time with a wave of his hand, well, something unexpected happens.
The hot alien living next door marks me.
You heard me. Alien. Turns out Daemon and his sister have a galaxy of enemies wanting to steal their abilities, and Daemon’s touch has me lit up like the Vegas Strip. The only way I'm getting out of this alive is by sticking close to Daemon until my alien mojo fades.
If I don't kill him first, that is.

I'm starting this week with one of my favorite series. I've mentioned this specific booklove more than once, you've probably read it somewhere.
Here's a clue: there are three books so far about it
I wrote it like that so I wouldn't give it away.
First, yes, Divergent is one of my favorite series. Second, the third 'book' so far is a chapter from a different POV but is available as an ebook.
So, for the first week and post, I chose a category that has several subcategories:

BOOKLOVE
I've been away from the blogging community for about a week, I believe. But I'm back, I'm hoping to visit blogs later today and catch up; I'm sure I've missed quite a lot of posts. And I have news!
I've been wanting to post something every week, like a regular thing, sometimes book reviews take longer and I feel like I leave my blog alone. About two weeks ago during Tea Time, the girls from Epic Reads asked us to tweet our booklove and they mentioned different things. I thought of many categories for this and I decided to share my favorites.
I was thinking of posting this on Thursdays, I'll choose a different category each week. I found many different characters, titles, covers, worlds that I've loved and I'm sure I'll find more as I find new books and series to read.
I'm starting this week with one of my favorite series. I've mentioned this specific booklove more than once, you've probably read it somewhere.
Here's a clue: there are three books - I'm calling them all books ;) - so far about it
I'll be sharing different parts from different series and books, not the book. (unless it's a 'book' category) Not all of the stories are my favorites, but they are pretty awesome and most of them have something to love.

Arabelle's Shadows
Everything in Arabelle's life is coming together. She has confidence, great friends, she's even dating Naak, a wealthy Thai socialite. But there are too many models in Bangkok. Arabelle’s broke, she can’t find an agent in New York, and Naak isn’t as wonderful as he first appears.
Slowly the Shadows creep back into Arabelle’s mind, bringing with them thoughts of hopelessness and despair. The vile Shadows know something Arabelle’s refusing to remember and, if she’s not careful, they’ll use it to destroy her.
Based on a true story, Arabelle’s Shadows takes us on a journey through the struggles of growing up, not quite making it as an international model, and attempting to overcome a crushing depression.

Reading Map Wrap Up
May is already here, time keeps flying by. This month I was able to finish my books without feeling as overwhelmed as usual. The only thing were the last two books. I had to finish Beautiful Creatures and re read the Notebook but the problem was I had both reviews on the same day and I had to leave and didn't get much time to actually prepare my reviews so I had to come back to them. Also I had to change a book, I decided to join Pitch Dark and re read Unraveling so I ended up using it as book of the month for the crime/mystery challenge.
I've joined 6 reading challenges and 1 blogger book club: YA Blogger Book Club.
*The books will take you to the review post, there they will take you to goodreads

The Notebook
A man with a faded, well-worn notebook open in his lap. A woman experiencing a morning ritual she doesn't understand. Until he begins to read to her. The Notebook is an achingly tender story about the enduring power of love, a story of miracles that will stay with you forever. Set amid the austere beauty of coastal North Carolina in 1946, The Notebook begins with the story of Noah Calhoun, a rural Southerner returned home from World War II. Noah, thirty-one, is restoring a plantation home to its former glory, and he is haunted by images of the beautiful girl he met fourteen years earlier, a girl he loved like no other. Unable to find her, yet unwilling to forget the summer they spent together, Noah is content to live with only memories. . until she unexpectedly returns to his town to see him once again. Allie Nelson, twenty-nine, is now engaged to another man, but realizes that the original passion she felt for Noah has not dimmed with the passage of time. Still, the obstacles that once ended their previous relationship remain, and the gulf between their worlds is too vast to ignore. With her impending marriage only weeks away, Allie is forced to confront her hopes and dreams for the future, a future that only she can shape. Like a puzzle within a puzzle, the story of Noah and Allie is just beginning. As it unfolds, their tale miraculously becomes something different, with much higher stakes.

25 Books!
I'm excited because it's only April and I'm already halfway through my reading goal! I chose a goal of 50 books for 2013. This is the first year I read that many books. I loved to read, still do, but I just didn't know how to find more. The most I had read, was 20 books last year. I'm not a fast reader so I had to go with 50 this year. Though, now that I think about it, I should have gone with minimum 4 books per month (challenges), 12 months gives us 48, oh, maybe I did count, I don't remember. But now add YABBC, that takes me up to 60. I think, I'll be able to reach my goal in no time and next year I'll add more books, depending on how many I finish this year.
