Teaser Tuesdays

Teaser Tuesdays is hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading
                   - Grab your current read
                   - Open to a random page
                   - Share two "teaser" sentences from that page
                      *Remember not to include spoilers
                   - Share the title and author so others can add the book to their TBR shelves if they like it!

I feel like I'm slowing down again, I still have 5 books left this month plus I have to finish this one. I'm still timing myself and it looks like it takes me about 6 hours per book, the thing is I've only been reading about 1 hour per day so it takes me longer to finish one.

"Now we'll never lose you. Not even in the really tall grass."

Jesse James and the Dragon's Egg by W. Edward Woodward III

  1. I've never heard of this book before, but I like the title so I'll check it out on goodreads in a minute. The combination of Jesse James and dragons sounds interesting!
Thanks for stopping by my post :) To answer your question: yes, they're vampires, but quite different from the usual take on vampirism. There's also fallen angel lore mixed into it all.

    1. Thanks for coming and answering my question. Sounds interesting, vampires and angel mix, I like seeing different types of typical characters

    1. Lol, I didn't know what or who they were talking about and I was wrong, I just read it a couple of hours ago and it is not what I thought

  3. What are they not losing? That's too small that could be lost in the really high grass. Hmmm very interesting. Thank you so much for stopping by my TT. Jaclyn @ JC's Book Haven.
