Who? What? Where?

I decided to join Melissa @ My World... in Words and Pages for this.
Who are you with? Where are you at? What's happening?

One of the reasons I started blogging was because I thought it would be fun to read with others. This wont include spoilers.
If you want to share where you are at this point in your book, make sure to check Melissa's post.

Fixer by Gene Doucette

We are at a party at the Calvin-Stanford's residence with Archie and a stranger (stranger for Archie and his wife), Carrigan. We are trying to figure out how Carrigan was able to stop Archie from eating a cracker with peanuts, he has a peanut allergy so if he would have eaten the cookie, he could have died.

  1. I'm curious to see your review of this one. I'm not sure what to think of it yet. Does sound so good, but it has me wondering about the genre after the teaser and today. :) Thank you!

    1. I was just thinking about that too, the genre, I really don't pay attention to the information given lol. Everything just started getting weirder so this can't be just an adult book. I still don't how they'll explain what is going on right now.

  2. Oh that's definitely interesting! I'd like to know how he stopped him from eating the cracker as well :D I bet this one is a different read. Jaclyn @ JC's Book Haven

    1. It's a very cool concept, I still don't really understand it, I don't know if they'll explain it more but I hope they do.

  3. I'll be on the look out for your review of this too. Is it supernatural or purely freaky observation? I like shows like Mentalist, Psych, and Monk where you have sort of defective detectives who figure everything out.

    1. I've never watched Psych or Monk, so I don't know if it's like that but this book was so cool. A very weird concept and interesting. I would say supernatural, this was a surprise for me.

    1. I know! I heard once that we weren't supposed to be allergic to food. I wonder what happens, why some are allergic to certain things. I've never thought about looking it up. Thanks for coming!
